She graduated with honors from Lakeville High School in Lakeville, Minnesota where she was active in both leadership activities, was a varsity cheerleader and ran track. She continued her education in La Crosse, Wisconsin where she continued cheerleading, enjoying the outdoors and being a part of the UW La Crosse community. It was in La Crosse that Dr. Fries, DC was introduced to chiropractic by a friend who encouraged her to look into chiropractic for her own neck and hand pain. She ended up in the small clinic of Dr. Fred Barge who was a passionate leader, speaker and educator in the chiropractic community around the world. His passion for chiropractic, along with getting better herself led her to decide that she wanted to help other people in the same way. Dr. Fries, DC graduated Cum Laude from UW La Crosse and moved to Davenport Iowa to start her chiropractic journey. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001 with honors and additional education in woman’s and children’s health.
